Booking and Payment:

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
• Full payment must be made before the commencement of the trek.
• Payments can be made through various methods specified by TreksIndia.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made by participants are subject to the following conditions:
• 30 days or more before the trek: 50% of the trek cost will be refunded.
• 15-29 days before the trek: 25% of the trek cost will be refunded.
• Less than 15 days before the trek: No refund will be provided.

Health and Fitness:

• Participants must be in good health and physically fit to undertake the trek.
• Participants with any pre-existing medical conditions must inform TreksIndia in advance.
• TreksIndia reserves the right to deny participation to individuals who are deemed unfit for the trek.

Travel Insurance:

• Participants are strongly advised to have travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and other unforeseen events.
• TreksIndia is not responsible for any expenses incurred due to unforeseen circumstances.

Itinerary Changes:

• TreksIndia reserves the right to alter the trek itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or other factors.
• Participants will be informed of any changes as soon as possible.

Equipment and Gear:

• Participants are responsible for bringing their own trekking equipment and gear as specified by TreksIndia.
• TreksIndia will provide a list of recommended items for participants to bring.

Code of Conduct:

• Participants are expected to adhere to ethical and responsible trekking practices.
• Respect for local customs, environment, and fellow participants is mandatory.

Liability:

• TreksIndia is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to participants or their belongings during the trek.
• Participants are required to sign a liability waiver before undertaking the trek.

Force Majeure:

• TreksIndia is not responsible for any delays, changes, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events.

Complaints:

• Participants with any complaints or issues during the trek should bring them to the attention of TreksIndia immediately for resolution.
